SUMMARY
The Word Processor III provides a comprehensive administrative support to the customer by collaborating closely with managers and staff to meet their individual needs while adhering to office protocols.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
Dictation and correspondence duties involve accurately transcribing audio recordings (meetings, notes, reports) into written documents, editing for grammar/accuracy, and managing communication, such as drafting emails, letters, and memos, preferred.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Leads the preparation of multimedia documents, manages logistical aspects like participant enrollment, coordinates speaker schedules, and creates training materials.
Schedules video and teleconferencing, develops briefing materials and ensure timely distribution of recordings/edits/minutes implementing best practices for record-keeping.
Provides special project support, which entails addressing queries, tracking project progress, taking meeting notes, and executing tasks.
Delivers general administrative support, including timekeeping, assisting with travel arrangements, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of three to five (3-5) years relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.
