Position Summary
As a Processing Equipment Operator, you'll safely operate heavy equipment to transport materials from the receiving area to processing. While working with the factory team to ensure safety, quality and efficiency, you'll assist with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
In this role, you will enjoy a quarterly bonus up to 6%, overtime pay, $500 lifestyle spending account each year, full health benefits, 401k match, generous PTO and more!
  • Provide support and relief to operators in receiving, unloading, processing and other areas as needed
  • Run unloading and processing equipment including front loader, haul truck, skid steer, dump truck and forklift
  • Operate all equipment within safety standards and perform routine quality checks
  • Troubleshoot and complete preventative maintenance on processing equipment
  • Maintain sanitation standards to limit equipment breakdowns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with factory personnel to maintain safety, quality and efficiency

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 6+ months of experience working in a manufacturing, agricultural, military or related environment
  • A current and valid driver's license
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in the elements

Other
  • Experience operating heavy equipment including front loaders, haul truck, skid steer, dump truck and/or forklifts is preferred
