Job description

Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Pay: $27.00 per hour
Shift: 12:00pm - 8:00pm, Monday - Friday. Overtime and weekends as needed.
Location: Griffith, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to start immediately at $27/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse associates to meet daily productivity and quality standards
  • Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and inventory control
  • Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and inventory management systems
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, and operational issues
  • Coordinate staffing schedules for production and shipping deadlines
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, accuracy, attendance, and order fulfillment
  • Work closely with transportation, customer service, and production teams for smooth operations
  • Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
