We’re presenting an exciting opportunity for aSr. Product Manager, Operations Platforms to join our growing Operations team!The Sr. Program Manager, Operations Platforms will lead the end-to-end strategy and product management of all digital platforms across the NBF Operations ecosystem, owning key platforms like Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supplier integration (SPS Commerce), and Inventory Planning Systems (StockIQ).

This role is critical to NBF’s operating strategy, as this individual will be responsible for defining our long-term operations system transformation roadmap, building out future state business requirements, and enabling business growth by advancing automation across critical functions.

Here’s a General Overview of What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across NBF Operations platforms (OMS, WMS, SPS Commerce, StockIQ)

  • Define and execute the Operations systems product roadmap aligned with business goals

  • Partner with business and operational leaders to advise and guide on automation opportunities, AI, and digital enhancements that will enable business growth and support the operational requirements of a NBF

  • Collaborate with development teams to develop our long range Operations tech strategy and deliver high-performing digital solutions

  • Optimize key user and customer experience touchpoints including forecasting, supply planning, order management, allocation, fulfillment, transportation and customer experience.

  • Drive growth through data analysis, A/B testing, and performance tracking of KPIs like conversion rate and average order value

  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, and IT to align initiatives

  • Promote agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement

  • Communicate progress, learnings, and strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in Operations-related Product Management, with a strong track record of leading and delivering on large scale transformation initiatives

  • Proven expertise working with both front-end and back-end systems, including OMS, WMS, Inventory Systems, and broader ERP

  • Proficiency in using AI, Dynamix365, and analytics tools such to inform product decisions

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across cross-functional teams

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations/Supply Chain, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

It Would Also be Nice to Have:

  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, PIM systems, Supply Chain Planning Systems, WMS, TMS, and Partner Integrations

  • Masters Degree in Business, Engineering, or MIS
