Overview

The Product Analyst will support the ongoing optimization of the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) within warehouse operations. This role is focused on process mapping, requirements development, and configuration support, working closely with product, technical, and operations teams. This is not a training-focused position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Mapping: Document current-state warehouse processes, define and map future-state workflows, identify gaps between operational processes and system setup.
  • Requirements & Story Development: Gather business requirements from stakeholders, write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, support backlog refinement and prioritization discussions.
  • Blue Yonder WMS Support: Participate in configuration discussions within Blue Yonder WMS, contribute to product conversations around system capabilities, work with BY teams to align system functionality with operational needs, support ongoing system enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, Warehouse Operations, facilitate meetings and working sessions, translate operational needs into structured product changes.
Required Skills
  • Experience with Blue Yonder WMS (JDA/RedPrairie acceptable)
  • Experience mapping business processes
  • Experience writing user stories and defining requirements
  • Ability to contribute in functional system discussions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar field — or equivalent work experience
Required Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or 17 years of experience 
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting large-scale WMS implementations or enhancements
  • Experience working in cross-functional product environments
  • Familiarity with warehouse system configuration concepts
