About the team The Warehouse Execution Systems team is responsible for planning and developing the core operational systems including WMS (Warehouse Management System) and DCS (Distributed Control System) - that power our warehouse network across multiple scenarios, from fulfillment centers and inbound sortation centers to storage & fulfillment centers and consumer package sortation centers. Our systems are the backbone of day-to-day warehouse operations, enabling teams to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and drive down operating costs at scale. Responsibilities - Lead the product strategy, planning, and design of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Distribution Center System (DCS) for global e-Commerce fulfillment centers and consumer parcel sortation centers, building scalable and intelligent warehouse management solutions. - Own the end-to-end product development for core warehouse operations, including Inbound, Putaway, Storage, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Outbound, Inventory Management, Returns, Transfers, and Sortation Operations, continuously improving operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed, and cost performance. - Drive the development of warehouse automation capabilities by integrating WMS with automated warehouse solutions and material handling systems, including ASRS, AMR/AGV, Conveyors, Sorters, WCS, and WES, enabling highly automated and intelligent warehouse operations. - Deeply understand global fulfillment and logistics operations across different countries and business models, and build standardized, configurable, and scalable platform capabilities that support multiple warehouse types, operational scenarios, and regional requirements. - Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, deliver system solutions, and support new warehouse and sortation center launches while ensuring successful product adoption across global markets. - Leverage operational data and customer insights to identify business pain points, continuously improve warehouse products and operational processes, and build reusable platform capabilities that accelerate business expansion and long-term product competitiveness. - Stay at the forefront of warehouse technologies and industry best practices, driving continuous product innovation in areas such as warehouse automation, intelligent fulfillment, inventory optimization, and AI-powered warehouse operations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of product management experience in warehouse management, supply chain, logistics technology, or e-Commerce fulfillment systems. - Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment operations, with hands-on experience in one or more core domains, including Inbound, Outbound, In-Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Returns, or Consumer Parcel Sortation. - Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies and systems, including ASRS, Sorters, Conveyors, AMR/AGV, WCS, and WES, and an understanding of how these systems integrate with WMS. - Strong product thinking and system design capabilities, with the ability to translate complex operational requirements into scalable, configurable, and reusable product solutions. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage operational data to drive product decisions and optimize warehouse efficiency, quality, and cost; Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with proven experience leading complex projects involving Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Data teams. Preferred Qualification(s) - Experience working in cross-cultural and international environments is a plus. - Experience working in global organizations or supporting multi-region operations is preferred.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $176320 - $280440 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
