Job description

Job Title: Product Manager – JD Edwards Location: Winchester, Virginia Work Mode : 5 Days Onsite Duration : Contract to Hire Years Of Exp : 12+ We are seeking a JD Edwards (JDE) Product Manager to lead enterprise manufacturing and supply chain capabilities across JD Edwards, UKG, ScanMan, OneStream, and related enterprise platforms. This role will own product roadmaps, drive Agile delivery, and align business objectives with technology capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing experience, ERP transformation expertise, and the ability to manage enterprise product initiatives across cross-functional and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of enterprise manufacturing and supply chain capabilities, owning the product roadmap for systems including JD Edwards (JDE), UKG, ScanMan, OneStream, and related data integration platforms.
  • Translate operational needs into system capabilities and prioritize features to deliver measurable value.
  • Manage product backlogs, release planning, and sprint prioritization using Agile methodologies.
  • Coordinate with IT, business units, offshore teams, and partners to ensure successful delivery and implementation of product features.
  • Produce Business Requirement Documents, Epics, and User Stories as needed.
  • Drive alignment between business strategy and enterprise architecture through stakeholder engagement and governance activities.
  • Track success metrics such as adoption, stability, and process efficiency to evaluate post-release performance.
  • Create and maintain the product vision and roadmap across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance capabilities.
  • Partner with business leads to identify pain points and develop process and system improvements.
Key Requirements:
  • 8+ years of Product Management, Program Management, or ERP transformation experience
  • Deep expertise with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and manufacturing processes
  • Experience owning and managing enterprise product roadmaps
  • Strong Agile, Jira, sprint planning, and release management experience
  • Experience coordinating with offshore and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing experience
  • Familiarity with OneStream, ScanMan, and enterprise data governance preferred
  • Understanding of WMS/RF integrations and EDI transactions preferred
  • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with OneStream, ScanMan, and Enterprise Data & Governance frameworks.
  • Understanding of WMS/RFS integration (coordination-level knowledge; hands-on not required).
  • Experience defining and scaling digital capabilities within manufacturing environments.
