This role gives you more than one product to sell. You'll create complete marketing solutions using:

Television advertising across KXLY and KAYU

Radio advertising across KXLY Radio Group stations

Digital marketing solutions through Phase 3 Digital

Sponsorships, promotional opportunities and integrated campaigns across KXLY Brands

What you'll do:

Develop and grow an advertising book of business in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene market.

Prospect, develop and close new business with local and regional advertisers.

Build trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Create strategic, integrated advertising plans tailored to each client's goals.

Recommend effective combinations of TV, radio, digital, sponsorship and promotional opportunities.

Manage client activity with strong organization, follow-through and accountability.

Ability to work primarily face-to-face with clients in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene market.

Compensation and benefits:

Pay range: $42,000$150,000 per year, including supplemental pay such as commission. Compensation is based on experience, performance and the sales opportunities you create. A $50 monthly cell phone allowance is included.

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance, Employee Assistance Program, long-term disability insurance, flexible spending account, 401(k), health savings account, employee referral program and paid time off. Paid time off includes 80 hours of vacation following one year of service, sick time, two personal days and nine paid holidays.
