We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to own daily logistics, inventory coordination, provisioning, shipping, and cost control activities.
What You'll Do
• Monitor inventory and reorder points
• Create and manage Purchase Orders
• Receive and inspect inbound shipments
• Review approved Sales Orders for shipping accuracy
• Assemble, configure, and test devices
• Install firmware and software on hardware
• Execute domestic and international shipments
• Prepare customs documentation and commercial invoices.
• Use proper carriers for shipping.
• Track shipments and resolve issues
• Manage spare parts.
• Maintain warehouse organization and supplies
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Receive inspect unload small size containers.
What We're Looking For
• 1 to 3 years' experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory operations
• Experience with shipping carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx)
• Comfortable using ERP/inventory systems (Zoho preferred)
• Experience with international shipping a plus
• Hands-on experience with device setup or light assembly preferred
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Following/experience with SOP'S.
