Job description

Overview:

The Digital Workstream Lead is accountable for shaping and executing the digital strategy required to deliver defined business outcomes. This role bridges business and technology by translating complex technical requirements into actionable delivery plans and coordinating all digital activities—including development, architecture, integrations, and data migration—within a defined workstream.

This is a Hybrid role and required to go in-person at the Parsippany office Tuesday, Wednesday and, Thursday.

Salary range for this position is 153K-175K

Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Working closely with the Workstream Business Lead and guiding crossfunctional technical teams, the Digital Workstream Lead ensures that solutions are feasible, scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards, governance, and program guardrails.

  • Own and manage the technical delivery roadmap, schedule, and resource utilization for the workstream
  • Ensure technical solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines
  • Identify, manage, and reduce technical debt within the workstream
  • Monitor technical risks (performance, security, vendor dependencies) and ensure mitigation plans are in place
  • Define and validate the workstream’s technical roadmap, architecture, and solution design aligned with enterprise guidelines
  • Advise the Workstream Business Lead on technical feasibility, estimates, and tradeoffs
  • Lead and coordinate crossfunctional technical teams (developers, architects, data specialists)
  • Oversee system integrations and data migration, ensuring compliance with security and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Digital Solutions, Logistics, and Digital Delivery leaders to:
  • Strengthen the digital organization and culture
  • Drive upskilling initiatives
  • Champion agile ways of working

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems

10+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

  • SaaS implementations
  • Digital product delivery
  • IT Domain leadership
  • Solution architecture
  • Engineering or technology management
  • 3+ years of handson design and implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP
  • Strong understanding of logistics data and the ability to harmonize data across systems and organizations
  • Experience supporting or leading logistics business, operating, and technology model redesigns to enable futureready operations
  • Proven ability to lead large, crossfunctional technical teams

  • Experience working with WMS, WFM, and TMS solutions, including COTS platforms with customization and integration
  • Microsoft Azure Stack
