Western Regional Sales Manager
Company: Element Designs
Territory: Western United States
Location: Remote — must reside in Arizona
Department: Sales
Reports To: Vice President Sales
Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 base, plus quarterly bonuses
Position Overview:
Element Designs is seeking a driven and strategic Western Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth and strengthen client relationships across the Western United States territory. This role is responsible for managing independent reps in the defined territory, key accounts, expanding market share, and executing regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of the design, cabinetry, or architectural products industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets across the Western U.S.
  • Manage and grow relationships with cabinet shops, OEM, dealers, architects, designers, and builders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within residential and commercial markets.
  • Lead, coach, and support independent reps in the region.
  • Conduct regular territory travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and support partner activities.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align on initiatives and customer needs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
  • Ensure brand consistency and high standards of customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Performance evaluated on a quarterly basis against the company's strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or territory-based role.
  • Strong network within the woodworking community is highly preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 50%.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must reside in Arizona; this is a remote position.
