Telemarketer / Telesales (On-site — West Hempstead)
Position: Part‑time & Full‑time


Overview

Are You A Go-Getter?

Schneps Media is the leading local media company serving New York City, Westchester and Long Island. We are seeking motivated Telemarketers/Inside Sales Representatives to join our on-site team in West Hempstead (Nassau County, NY). In this role you’ll engage prospective customers by phone to promote products, answer questions, capture customer details, and close sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver approved scripts to present digital and print advertising products and services clearly and persuasively

  • Conduct customer meetings (Zoom or phone) to qualify prospects and gather feedback to provide meaningful proposals

  • Clearly explain product features, pricing, and promotions

  • Collect and verify customer information for CRM entry, sales orders and billing (name, address, payment details)

  • Record and maintain accurate contact and sales activity logs in the company CRM

  • Achieve call and meeting goals to build new business and achieve sales goals

  • Maintain strong relationships with your advertisers to generate ongoing sales
