If you're motivated by achieving goals, thrive in a customer-focused environment, and enjoy helping clients improve their health, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities

  • Educate clients and confidently recommend services based on their wellness goals and clinical appropriateness.
  • Convert new clients into long-term members through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
  • Administer IV therapies, IM injections, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy safely and efficiently.
  • Document treatments accurately in electronic medical records.
  • Maintain compliance with nursing standards and company policies.
  • Support community events, promotions, and clinic growth initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Strong IV therapy and injection experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales, retail, med spa, wellness, or related experience.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented, confident, and motivated by sales performance.
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Success in This Role
Top performers excel at building trust, exceeding sales goals, growing memberships, retaining clients, and delivering exceptional clinical care. If you're driven to make an impact on both client outcomes and business success, we'd love to have you on our team.
