Summary:
Works in collaboration with assigned unit or department to ensure work is accomplished timely and effectively. Partner with other colleagues outside of assigned area as needed for professional resources.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintains an environment of safety for patients, self and others.
2. Answers telephone, takes accurate messages, and routes calls to the proper personnel.
3. Ensures that facility towels are washed and dried in a timely manner.
4. Checks locker rooms periodically, wiping down counters, picking up towels and mopping if necessary.
5. Greets members and guests recording attendance on the computer.
6. Receives payment for membership fees, child care, and purchased items using the Point of Sale terminal.
7. Keeps the area clean and completely stocked.
