Do you love Instagram, Threads, content creation, and building online communities?

Great Days By Sarah is looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Intern to help expand our reach and inspire more moms to prioritize their health through simple, sustainable wellness habits.

Great Days By Sarah helps busy moms create more energy, confidence, and balance through practical wellness solutions that fit real life.

Through programs like The 2% Club and the Great Days For Mom Method, we help moms prioritize their physical, mental, and emotional health without extreme diets, endless workouts, or all-or-nothing thinking.

Work includes

  • Manage Instagram and Threads content
  • Create and schedule posts
  • Repurpose existing content into Reels, Carousels, Stories, and Threads
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments
  • Research trends and content opportunities
  • Track analytics and growth metrics
  • Help expand the reach of a mission-driven wellness brand

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or personal development
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and Threads
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail
  • Experience with Canva is a plus
