Job description

We are looking for an associate optometrist to come join our growing practice! We have 2 locations.

Frankfort, IL: This is a sub-leased arrangement within a newly remodeled, brand new Pearle Vision. This location is state of the art equipment, Optos, MPOD, and ERG. At this location, being subleased, we are only responsible for exams and services.

Bourbonnais, IL: This is our private practice. This office is beautiful and growing fast! We have an Optos, Humphrey VF, OCT, ERG, Meibographer, and IPL. We have a full service optical selling glasses and contacts.

Both offices have techs that will work up patients and pretest them for the doctors. They will also run any and all diagnostic testing. Our office uses Eyefinity EHR.

We are willing to build a schedule that fits your life-style and needs. We offer a paid week of vacation, 401k with match and many other benefits. We do not, unfortunately, offer health insurance. We do not work Sundays or Holidays. No late evenings or early mornings.

We are open to you practicing how you want. Just because we are not currently offering a certain practice modality doesn't mean that you can't. We will support this.

Any further questions please ask!
