Technology: 3 exam lanes incl. dedicated dry eye room — Optos, OCT, IPL, TriLift, red light therapy.

Compensation (W2):
– New grads: start $80/hr + production bonus, structured $5/hr annual raises up to $100/hr
– 5+ yrs experience: ~$90/hr + bonus, potential $100/hr within ~1 year
– Optional production model: ~$640–650/day base or 30–35% of end-of-day gross, whichever is higher
– Realistic annual range: $160K–$200K+ depending on days worked/production

Benefits: 401(k) with match, profit sharing, PTO (FT), bonus opportunities via dry eye/medical services.

Housing: On-property guest house may be available for doctors commuting in for consecutive-day blocks — bathroom, bed, living area, kitchenette, pool access.

Bonus Opportunity: Optional Saturday shifts available in Rancho Cordova (Sacramento area) — $80/hr + production bonus, 2–4 Saturdays/month, choose your own days. One-lane office inside Costco, Optos required on every patient, lighter medical/dry eye footprint than Redding.
