Job description

Full time optical salesperson /optometric technician in private optometry practice in South Miami/Kendall. Must be able to multitask and be self driven. Optical sales experience is a MUST for optical salesperson. Duties include eyeglass frame and lens selection, dispensing and eyeglass repairs. Must have knowledge of vision plan authorizations and benefits. Other front desk duties include answering phones and appointment scheduling. All staff are cross trained as optometric technicians to pretest patients (autorefractor, NCT, autolensometer, OCT and Optos). Working knowledge of Officemate and Examwriter is a bonus. Office hours are M 8:45-6pm, T, Th and Fri 8:45-5:30pm and Sat 8:15-1:30pm. ONLY qualified applicants need apply. Email your resume or fax it to 305-595-2036.
