Program Manager

The Program Manager
•Financial Controls - assuring Programs are performed within specific Program award budgets
•Schedule Controls - that assure on time contract performance with the appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements
•Contractual Submittals - that assure timely production of documents, reports and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements
•Customer Relations - Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers
•Other important elements for success are a clear understanding of business, Accounting procedures, Quality Assurance practices, Contracts, Sales techniques and Manufacturing procedures.
•A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is required
8+ years of experience managing complex Programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communications techniques are a must.BSME is required, preferred - Advanced degree (MBA or MS) and related Aerospace experience preferable but not required.
Regular employees scheduled to work 30+ hours per week are offered: health, dental, and vision insurance; health savings accounts; a 401(k) savings plan; long term disability coverage; and life and accident insurance. We also have an employee assistance program.
