Job description

Position Description:

Primary point of contact to connect employees to appropriate resources while providing guidance to leaders and business partners regarding available support options.   Responsible for maintaining behavioral health resources and coordination, workforce education, and program management throughout the organization. 

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with Human Resources and Benefits teams, coordinate workforce wellbeing and mental health resources for all employees, including available resources, program enhancements, and provider networks. Maintain confidential documentation and case tracking in strict adherence with legal regulations, and company policies, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Determine relevant resources and/or course of action to recommend to employees, ensuring care and professionalism in sensitive situations. Ensure communication and coordination of wellness resources to employees, including Lyra Health, medical carriers and jobsite vendors such as medics, and community providers, 
  • Engage with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Human Resources (HR), Marketing, and Benefits communication consultants and other company stakeholders to develop and promote informational campaigns for leaders and employees regarding available mental health benefits, resources, and educational programs and deliver training related to mental health, stress management, substance misuse awareness, and suicide prevention. 
  • Collaborate with SVP HR, Legal, HR, Benefits team, and other relevant company stakeholders to provide immediate resource guidance and coordinate response efforts during self-harm incidents and escalated situations. 
  • Analyze program utilization data, referral outcomes, and engagement trends to measure program effectiveness; prepare reports with actionable recommendations for leadership to inform resource allocation and program development decisions. 
  • Generate and present program status updates to relevant stakeholders. Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement recommendations for workforce wellbeing discussions, trends, opportunities, and planning initiatives. 
  • Engage with company and project leaders, and other stakeholders to support adoption and support consistency of behavioral health programs and practices across business locations. 
  • Required to travel to business locations as needed. 
  • Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
