What You'll Do
  • Manage customer programs and projects from launch through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, providing program updates, coordinating meetings, and resolving issues proactively.
  • Partner with scheduling, production, and leadership teams to forecast potential delays, develop contingency plans, and maintain project timelines.
  • Lead new product launches, new customer implementations, and other strategic growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and ROI metrics for assigned programs.
  • Identify project risks, resolve issues, and escalate resource or strategic concerns when needed.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, delegate responsibilities, and ensure team members have the resources needed for success.
  • Track project KPIs, analyze performance results, and drive continuous improvement through customer feedback and operational data.
  • Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing account strategies aligned with customer and company objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of project management, program management, account management, or manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving project execution.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
Work Environment & Travel
