Cape Fox Facilities Services (CFFS) is seeking experienced Behavioral Health professionals to provide advanced support services to the US Army in developing and implementing a tailored Health & Wellness Program that enhances the psychological readiness of the US Army personnel. This is a highly critical and rewarding position. An active Secret security clearance is preferred (or we will get one for you) for consideration, and candidate must be eligible for upgrade to Top Secret with SCI.

Core Duties: Serves as the INSCOM Wellness Integrator as directed by the INSCOM senior leadership in order to facilitate collaborative organizational wellness projects in conjunction with Army HQDA, HQ G1, MSC Command Teams, Unit Ministry Teams, Command Surgeon, Command Chaplain, and Command Psychologist. Responsible for coordinating, planning, organizing and implementing comprehensive DOD and Army health promotion initiatives to enhance quality of life, resilience, risk reduction, suicide prevention and wellness for Soldiers and civilians. Work closely with program evaluation personnel and other leadership elements in order to advise and develop policy and program solutions.

Analyze statistical data and narratives from throughout the command and within the Department of the Army (DA) and prepare a variety of recurring reports and papers relative to regulatory compliance. Provides consultation and subject matter expertise on DOD and Army policies specific to primary prevention, population health, and leadership implementation doctrine. The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting

Ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups of diverse backgrounds, including enlisted personnel, officers and senior military and civilian leadership.

Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally and work as part of a team with maturity, professionalism, positive attitude, tact and good judgment. Ability to use Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
