Program Manager – LIMS Implementation

Location: Hybrid | Hillsboro, Oregon

Schedule:  Monday–Friday business hours,

Experience:   10 + years of Experiance Required ,Program management, state government, public health, laboratory, clinical care, or LIMS implementation experience required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for a long-term hybrid contract opportunity supporting the Oregon State Public Health Laboratory with a Laboratory Information Management System implementation. This role will support project planning, organizational change management, communications, vendor coordination, user acceptance testing, decision tracking, status reporting, and project delivery activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, timelines, milestones, critical paths, risks, issues, and project deliverables

• Support organizational change management, internal and external communications, and team coordination

• Coordinate with laboratory teams, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support project execution

• Support User Acceptance Testing efforts, resource planning, vendor feedback, and decision log maintenance

• Prepare project status reports, capacity reports, project planning updates, and management documentation

Requirements

• Project Management Professional Certification Required

• Project management experience required, preferably in a laboratory, clinical care, public health, or government setting

• Prior state government experience required

• Strong Office 365, documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and remote collaboration skills required

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and available for hybrid work with onsite onboarding in Hillsboro, Oregon
