Job description

The Wellness Program Administrator will collaborate closely with the Lead Wellness Administrator to support the execution and promotion of wellness programs for One to One Health clients. This role involves partnering with wellness team members to implement tailored programs and services, ensuring they align with strategic wellness plans and meet client needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the Lead Wellness Administrator to execute strategic wellness plans and initiatives.
  • Implement wellness programs and services in partnership with wellness team members and clients, ensuring successful delivery and program outcomes.
  • Assist in the development, execution, and marketing of wellness events, challenges, and programs to engage and motivate participants.
  • Manage the wellness support inbox and address client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Utilize wellness technology platforms to support client set-up, communication, and programming needs.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Health Promotion, Communication, Technology, or a related field required.
  2. Two or more years’ experience with strategic planning preferred.
  3. Previous experience with coordination of wellness programming preferred.
  4. Data reporting experience preferred.
  5. Must be proficient with a computer and have a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  6. Use of a wellness portal and assistance with programming as needed.
  7. Ability to work well with a team and independently.
  8. Able to maintain client confidentiality.
  9. Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement with clients.
