Description
The Appleton YMCA and Fox West YMCA (Greenville) are hiring staff for their Wellness Center. A Wellness Center Associate at the Y shares their passion for health & well-being to assist participants with a safe and effective wellness program. Associates also maintain the cleanliness of the Wellness Center and oversee the safety of individuals utilizing the Wellness Center. Our Wellness Center welcomes people of all ages & abilities, including youth, teens and adults.
This is a part-time position. Current openings include early mornings, daytimes, evenings & weekends. Additional hours are also available.
Requirements
  • CPR, AED & First Aid training required, but can be completed after hiring.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills are necessary along with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to provide wellness support to members & guests of all ages and abilities.
  • Prior fitness & wellness experience preferred but not required.
  • 18 years of age or older.
