Job Description

Job Purpose

This role supports the Energy division by providing administrative and operational coordination throughout the project lifecycle. You'll be responsible for managing project documentation, tracking schedules, and supporting field and office communication that directly impacts project execution and team efficiency. Success in this role means delivering timely, accurate support that keeps projects running smoothly and safely, all while upholding KE's commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance. Qualifications

What You'll Do

You'll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and Construction Managers
  • Track and distribute project documentation, including RFIs, safety reports, and closeouts
  • Attend and document project meetings; distribute meeting notes and communication
  • Assist in updating schedules and tracking construction activities and milestones
  • Manage and report project changes including bulletins, design changes, and addendums
  • Prepare and coordinate reports, status trackers, and deliverables
  • Track financial items such as expenses, equipment rentals, and subcontractor costs
  • Attend daily "Tailgate" safety meetings and ensure field communication consistency
  • Support the coordination of safety audits, incidents, and reporting
  • Assist with preconstruction prep and project handoff processes

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
  • Field experience in project or construction support roles
  • Familiarity with construction drawings and documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (experience with Procore/Smartsheets a plus)
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% throughout the region (including overnight stays)
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving history
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

 Pay Range: $60,000-$90,000 per year
