Job Title: Global Mobility Counselor

Job Type: Full-Time — Non Exempt 

Location: Minneapolis, MN- Hybrid or Remote US

Salary Range Note: This is a good faith estimate based on current benchmarks. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating employees, offering support and guidance throughout their move.
  • Educate clients on benefit policies, expenses, timelines, and available resources, ensuring a smooth and seamless relocation experience.
  • Coordinate with mobility suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective services.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues, embodying our company's values at all times.

 Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Global mobility industry experience preferred 

 Compensation and Benefits Summary

This role offers a salary range of $59,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for:
