Wellbeing Counseling Center is actively seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our dedicated team in a full-time, remote capacity. As an LCPC at Wellbeing Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintaining open communication with supervisors, team members, clients' families, and relevant stakeholders about client progress and necessary adjustments to care.
• Creating a proactive schedule for appointments, home visits, and progress tracking to monitor therapeutic advancements effectively.
• Coordinating visits to client homes to observe and assess individuals in their natural environments, ensuring accurate documentation of findings.
• Implementing and adjusting treatment plans as required, based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.
• Actively participating in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss case management strategies and share insights with colleagues.
• Completing regular progress notes to track client developments and ensure quality of care delivery.
• Leading training sessions to ensure staff are proficient in program standards, documentation procedures, and therapeutic techniques.
• Providing consistent follow-up via interviews and home visits to support clients in their mental health journey.
• Building partnerships with community organizations and mental health resources to enhance service delivery and access for clients.
• Contributing to program development by identifying areas for improvement and crafting effective procedural guidelines.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Illinois is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• Experience or specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.
• Proficiency in EMR software and relevant technologies to streamline documentation and client management.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and effectively communicate with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated capacity for teamwork and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary healthcare environment.

Preferred background includes experience in specialized therapeutic areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based practices that enhance client outcomes. Familiarity with community resources and programs that can support client needs is also advantageous.
