This role is ideal for someone dependable, compassionate, and motivated to help others thrive. What You'll Do As a Job Coach, you'll work one-on-one with participants in real-world job and community settings. No two days are the same—and every day matters.

Support adults with disabilities at job sites and in the community Teach job skills, social skills, and daily independence strategies Provide safe, short-distance transportation to and from work sites Encourage confidence and growth through positive coaching Document progress and communicate with the Clear Motivations team Be a consistent, uplifting presence in someone's journey Why You'll Love Working at Clear Motivations We know great support starts with a supported team.
