New hires in USPS Immediate Hire roles often face challenges such as adapting to a fast-paced work environment, learning efficient mail sorting and delivery routes, and managing physically demanding tasks. It's common to experience a learning curve with USPS protocols and procedures, but thorough on-the-job training and support from experienced team members help ease the transition. Building strong time management skills and seeking guidance when needed can help new hires quickly become effective contributors.
