Job description

We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture.
Summary
We're looking for seasonal drivers (no CDL required!) to support our potato harvest. In this role, you'll operate diesel-powered trucks to haul potatoes from the field to the potato shed, helping keep harvest operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely transport potatoes from the field to the warehouse
  • Load trucks in the field while working alongside harvesting equipment (including loading directly under a harvester)
  • Sit for long periods of time while operating trucks, often for the majority of the workday
  • Communicate with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product
  • Support overall harvest operations and assist with additional tasks as needed

Typical Education
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not required

Relevant Experience
  • Prior experience in general farming or agricultural operations preferred
  • At least 1 year of truck driving experience, including driving in off-road conditions (e.g., in a field)
  • Experience loading under a harvester preferred

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Reliable attendance and ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
