Armed Security Officer (Immediate Hiring)

  • Full-Time & Part-Time Available | Monday-Friday | Weekends Off | Swing Shift


AIG Security is hiring licensed Armed Security Officers for retail assignments throughout the North Hollywood and San Fernando Valley areas.


We are seeking dependable, professional officers who take pride in their appearance, communicate well, and are committed to providing exceptional service. Immediate openings are available, with full-time and part-time schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional and visible security presence at assigned retail locations.
  • Monitor the property and report suspicious activity or security concerns.
  • Control access and help ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
  • Complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports accurately and on time.
  • Respond appropriately to incidents while following company and client procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, employees, customers, and law enforcement when necessary.
  • Represent AIG Security with professionalism at all times.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid California Guard Card (Required)
  • Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit (Required)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to write clear and accurate reports
  • Ability to use a smartphone for reporting and communication
  • Security experience is preferred but not required
