Job description

Position Title: Workday HR Data & Reporting Analyst
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 05 Month Contract 
Status: Onsite
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Pay Range: USD $30-32 an hour W2

Requirements / Who we are looking for:

  • Experience in Workday Payroll / HCM 
  • Knowledge of Workday modules: HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence
  • Ability to build, test, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
  • Strong HR data analysis and reporting skills
  • Experience with data validation, auditing, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Experience improving reporting processes and automation
  • Strong attention to detail and data quality


Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing: 

  • Collect requirements, build, and test Workday reports for HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence modules.
  • Build reliable, accurate and cross-matched reports for data research, troubleshooting, and data audits.
  • Design, develop and manage new reports and dashboards designed to provide management a view into people HR metrics and ensure the timely development and distribution of established periodic reports. aligned with data privacy policies and secure delivery methods.
  • Collaborate with technical staff, providing feedback and user/technical specifications, regarding the design of reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Research and troubleshoot data issues to ensure data quality.
  • Expand and enhance analytics capability, continue to improve processes, explore/adopt new tools. Collaborates with various business partners on project requests, prioritization and delivery.
  • Workday Report Writer experience required. PRISM experience a plus.+
