Job description

About Nscale

Nscale is the GPU cloud engineered for AI. We provide cost-effective, high-performance infrastructure for AI start-ups and large enterprise customers. Nscale enables AI-focused companies to achieve superior results by reducing the complexity of AI development. Our GPU cloud bolsters technical capabilities and directly supports strategic business outcomes, including cost management, rapid innovation, and environmental responsibility.

We thrive on a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability, where every team member takes pride in their work and drives it with excellence and focus. As an Nscaler, you'll build trust through openness and transparency, helping everyone do their best work. If you join our team, you'll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.

About the Role

The Senior Workday Analyst is responsible for Workday at Nscale - the system underpinning every People process as we scale rapidly across Europe, North America, and APAC. You'll set the direction for how the platform is configured, secured, and used. This role reports to the Director, People Tech.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own the Workday roadmap: decide what gets built, in what order, and why, as the business scales globally.
  • Design and configure security groups, business processes, and core HCM modules built to hold up as the company scales several times over.
  • Set the data governance and access control standards that will need to hold up under audit and compliance scrutiny as we scale.
  • Act as the key technical resource on Workday, balancing the trade-offs between speed, compliance, and long-term platform health.
  • Partner with the People Systems Engineer to design how Workday connects to every other system in the People stack.
  • Own platform stability and release management, and drive proactive improvements rather than just reacting to issues.
  • Advise the Director, People Tech and senior stakeholders directly on what Workday can and can't do, shaping how People processes get designed company-wide.
About You
  • 8+ years in HRIS or People systems roles, with direct Workday experience. Certification is a plus, not required.
  • Solid grasp of HCM configuration, security groups, and business process design.
  • Maintains data accuracy and applies strong governance standards when managing the system.
  • Turns business needs into clear system requirements and communicates them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Can manage a platform independently and make steady improvements over time.
  • Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day to work faster.
What we can offer you

At Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact. We're building something extraordinary, and we want you at the core.

  • Highly competitive compensation package (base + bonus + equity), with performance reviews every 12 months.
  • Join one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies - your chance to directly shape how our People systems run as we scale globally.
  • Expect a dynamic progression plan tailored to your ambitions, including full ownership of a core platform as your experience grows - always with our full support.
  • Human-First Flexibility: We treat you as humans first. Our flexible workplace trusts Nscalers to deliver, giving you the autonomy to shape your day around life's moments.
