Job Description
  • Troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions
  • Workday HCM maintenance and audits
  • Security maintenance
  • Development of testing scripts and execution of testing
  • Develop and maintain functional/user documentation
  • Data analysis for accuracy and comparisons
  • Cross-departmental support of all departments that utilize our HR systems
  • Act as a liaison between end users, functional teams and IT
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required or a combination of education and progressively responsible work
  • Workday experience required
  • Workday configuration experience preferred, but not required
  • HR Experience and/or Support Desk experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year as functional analyst
  • Minimum 1 year writing and executing test scripts
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel Skills
  • Should have comments configuration experience as well as end-user prodiction support
