Summary:
Assigns and coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembling, testing and inspecting of printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies and subassemblies.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Analyzes production schedule and assign jobs to line workers needed to meet delivery dates
โ€ข Plans work assignments for group on basis of priority and worker skills
โ€ข Assigns duties to workers and evaluate worker performance
โ€ข Implements company policies and procedures
โ€ข Examines product according to knowledge of manufacturing and quality standards to ensure acceptability
โ€ข Reviews and compiles operations records, such as yield, scrap and maintenance costs
โ€ข Reviews work orders, product specifications, technical instructions and facility requirements, requisition tools.
โ€ข Enters and verify employees work time into system
โ€ข Adapts easily to changing programs; flexible to do tasks assigned

Compensation Range: $63,328.00 to $79,992.00 USD. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
Benefits and Other Compensation: Benchmark provides a comprehensive benefits package, including a Bonus Plan, 401(k), Paid Time Off, and Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, all based on scheduled hours. Benchmark complies with applicable state and local employee leave laws.
