Job Summary:
MDAEdge is a company focused on Information Management and Service Support. They are seeking a Service Desk Analyst who will support the operational efficiency of the Service Support Division by resolving first level customer service requests related to hardware and software while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Support the business goals and objectives of the Service Desk, the Service Support Division, Information Management, and the organization as a whole.
โ€ข Cooperate with other personnel and workgroups, to practice ongoing self-development, and to demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the Mission, Core Values, and Vision.
โ€ข Provides first level hardware and software technical support to include password resets in a professional and timely manner, while ensuring Five-Star Customer Service to both Health and external customers seeking assistance from the Service Desk through phone calls, emails, or self service tickets.
โ€ข Provides effective Five-Star Customer Service by being polite, courteous, and friendly towards all customers at all times.
โ€ข Acknowledges customers immediately in order to determine need and helps the customer resolve issues or requests.
โ€ข Participates in departmental programs that promote and deliver exceptional customer service.
