Receptionist

Front Desk Receptionist | Join a Culture That Values People + Growth

Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is a regional leader in waterproofing, foundation repair, and concrete repair solutions. We're not just in the business of fixing homesโ€”we're in the business of redefining what customers and employees can expect from a construction company.

At Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, we believe every interaction matters. Our mission is to deliver a remarkable customer experience while building long-term relationships rooted in trust, communication, and integrity. Just as importantly, we're committed to redefining the workplace experience for our teamโ€”where people feel valued, supported, and set up for long-term success.

Position Overview

As the Front Desk Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in shaping their overall experience with our company. You will manage incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, support daily administrative functions, and help ensure smooth office operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
  • Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently and professionally
  • Provide administrative support across multiple teams as needed
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain organization and accuracy in daily front office operations
  • Contribute to a positive and professional office environment

What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer service mindset with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and basic software (Microsoft Word, Excel, and similar tools)
  • Strong ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Team-first mentality with a willingness to support wherever needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
