Location: Knoxville, Tennessee Competitive Pay + Benefits Full-Time | Monday-Friday

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in scheduling and managing projects for our basement waterproofing, crawlspace repair, foundation repair, and concrete leveling services. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality service to residential and commercial customers.

What You'll Do As A Service Coordinator:

Schedule & Coordinate: Manage project appointments and ensure seamless execution

Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and support

Administrative Organization: Maintain accurate records, installation paperwork, and project details

Team Collaboration: Work with production teams to optimize scheduling and operations

Process Improvement: Assist leadership in streamlining workflows for efficiency

What We're Looking For In A Service Coordinator:

Experience in logistics, scheduling, administration, or customer service Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail while managing multiple projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office & scheduling software (or ability to learn)
