We’re currently looking for a warm, polished, and highly organized Receptionist to be the first face and voice our clients, partners, and team members encounter.
As the Receptionist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our front office operations. You will manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle calls, coordinate administrative support, and help ensure a smooth, welcoming environment for all who engage with our agency. This role is crucial in setting the tone for our brand and maintaining a professional, upbeat presence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients, guests, and vendors warmly upon arrival
  • Manage multi-line phone system: direct calls, take messages, and provide general information
  • Monitor and manage reception email inbox and agency-wide calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers
  • Keep common areas clean, organized, and stocked (reception, meeting rooms, kitchen)
  • Support scheduling of meetings and conference rooms
  • Provide basic administrative support to executive and department teams
  • Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires (badge distribution, desk prep, welcome kits)
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the company’s professional image at all times
Who You Are
  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
