Job description

Q.A. SUPERVISOR

A newly created role is now open for a Q.A. Supervisor in a growing company. You'll find opportunities for growth, innovation, and collaboration. My client prioritizes integrity, excellence, and customer satisfaction—all within a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Main responsibilities include:
  • Lead and supervise QA Technicians, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee daily QA operations ensuring compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
  • Manage various QA programs, including HACCP, allergen, and internal audits.
  • Facilitate third-party audits and track corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring.

Qualified candidates will have the following:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance in food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices. Experience with FDA, GMP standards.
  • Certifications in HACCP and as an SQF Practitioner are mandatory.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills; attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and safety protocol.
