Job description

Our property management company is seeking a dependable and professional Pool Monitor to support the smooth operation of our residential community's pool area during the summer season. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly, approachable demeanor to help foster a positive experience for all residents and guests. This position plays an important role in maintaining a welcoming and well-regulated environment by ensuring that pool rules are followed and assisting with general oversight of the facility.
This is a temporary, part-time position that will conclude the weekend after Labor Day.
Pay: $15/hr

Requirements and Responsibilities
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous Pool Attendant experience preferred but not required
  • Recent First Aid and CPR certification
  • Open and/or close the pool
  • Greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer care
  • Monitor guests, and the pool area and enforce the rules and regulations
  • Set up and organize the pool deck furniture throughout the shift
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire pool area, including restrooms
  • Knowledge of the property's pool rules and regulations
  • Promptly report any damages, incidents, or accidents to the Community Manager
  • Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, or sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work various shifts and weekends
