Job description

Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Columbus, Ohio.

Critical Care Float Pool RN โ€“ Travel Contract

Weekly Gross Pay: $2,100
Location: Columbus, OH
Specialty: ICU / Critical Care Float Pool
Contract: 17 weeks
Shift: Nights | 3x12s | 7:00 PMโ€“7:30 AM
Hours: 36 hours/week
Openings: 1

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
  • Previous travel nursing experience required
  • Teaching hospital experience required
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
  • EPIC experience required
  • Strong IV start, telemetry, and ventilator management experience required
  • Must be comfortable floating between ICU units
Position Details
  • Adult patient population
  • Critical Care Float Pool
  • Float to different ICU units based on staffing and patient acuity
  • Float may include:
    • Medical ICU (MICU)
    • Surgical ICU (SICU)
    • Neuro ICU (NCCU)
    • Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU)
    • Cardiology/Diagnostics
  • May float to other areas within the organization when critical care needs are met
  • Float assignments will be to units of equivalent or lower acuity
  • Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
