Pool Attendant
Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading fitness firm, is seeking a responsible, outgoing Pool Attendant for a premier fitness facility with a seasonal outdoor pool in Italian Village neighborhood in Columbus, OH. POSITION SUMMARY
The Pool Experience Host is responsible for selling day passes, ensuring guests and gym members abide by Pool Rules and upkeep of the pool area.
HOUR REQUIREMENTS
  • Temporary position spanning mid May to early September (Flexible dates)
  • Part-Time positions available
  • Core hours spanning Wednesday-Sunday during the afternoon and early evening.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Monitor activity at each pool ensuring adherence to posted pool rules.
  • Verify guests are a member of the gym or purchase a day pass.
  • Ensure trash receptacles are emptied periodically.
  • Clean and sanitize chairs, loungers and restrooms every two hours.
  • Maintain professional appearance and complete duties in a courteous manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to learn.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work outside for long periods of time.
  • Customer service orientation and effective communication skills, along with a positive and professional attitude.
