Weekend Payroll professionals are responsible for processing employee hours, calculating wages, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and managing any payroll adjustments or corrections that arise over the weekend. They often act as the point of contact for payroll-related inquiries during non-standard business hours, responding to employee questions and resolving urgent issues promptly. The role requires close coordination with HR and finance departments to guarantee data accuracy and seamless payroll operations. Additionally, they may run payroll reports, audit records, and ensure that all data is processed securely and confidentially.
