What You'll Do
We are currently seeking a Utility Operator to work in various production areas at our Sparta facility. This position may be required to work in sewing, cutting, twill/embroidery, screening, sublimation or shipping. This position currenty works Friday - Sunday from 6am - 6:30pm.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manufacture products to specifications of each custom order
  • Work in multiple areas depending on production needs: Cutting, Screen Printing, Tackle Twill / Embroidery, Sewing, Sublimation, and/or Shipping
  • Maintain equipment and make adjustments to equipment as required.
  • Identify and report defects to the area lead during the production process.
  • Follow production schedules to produce product on time

What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
Other qualifications include:
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to understand product specifications and product visuals
  • Adaptable to a quickly changing environment
  • Ability to learn multiple new tasks
