Weekend Nursing Home Housekeeping Aide

Luxor at Mills Pond is searching for a WEEKEND housekeeping aide to join our growing team.

Pay Rate: $18 an hour

Job Description:

Provide a clean and safe environment for our residents, visitors, and staff in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and Luxor at Mills Pond standards. Perform day to day housekeeping services such as dusting, moping, and collecting trash. Must be flexible, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.

Pay Rate:  $18 an hour

Housekeeping Aide Duties Include but are not limited to:

Maintain resident rooms, dining rooms, offices and all general areas of facility by cleaning restrooms, walls, baseboards, doors, mirrors, dusting, removing trash, sweeping, mopping, wiping down tables and furniture while making sure to follow all proper cleaning techniques and protocols.

Housekeeping Aide Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Experience in LTC preferred but not required
  • Positive attitude and team mentality
  • Must be able to read/write/speak English
  • Must be 18 years of age
