Our vibrant environment encourages professional growth, innovative practices, and a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive biomechanical evaluations and movement assessments to identify specific functional deficits in athletes.
  • Implement individualized rehabilitation programs using progressive, evidence-based techniques, focusing on advanced manual therapy methods.
  • Administer return-to-play testing, ensuring athletes meet sport-specific readiness criteria before re-engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and performance coaches, to devise comprehensive treatment strategies.
  • Educate athletes on effective injury prevention strategies, support recovery processes, and promote long-term mobility and strength enhancement.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, ranging from weekend warriors seeking improved fitness to collegiate and professional athletes requiring specialized rehabilitation. Your expertise will play a crucial role in navigating their individual recovery journeys, ultimately helping them transition safely back into their sports.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Nevada.
  • A passion for sports medicine and biomechanics, complemented by a commitment to evidence-based rehabilitation practices.
  • Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional performance training methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and a focus on the athleteโ€™s needs, fostering a supportive and motivational environment.
  • Ability to operate effectively in both rehabilitation and return-to-sport settings, ensuring readiness and resilience.
Preferred Experience
  • Certification as a Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) or Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in athletic training or rehabilitation within collegiate or professional sports settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with advanced modalities, such as blood flow restriction therapy, dry needling, and performance-enhancing technologies like force plates and motion capture systems would be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, supplemented with performance incentives to reward outstanding contributions. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and a continuing education allowance to support your professional development.
