Job Title
: Line Cook
Location: Mass Appeal Draught House & Grille, Patriot Place/Foxborough
Status:  Full Time or Part Time
Reports to: Kitchen Manager
Salary Range: $20-$25 per hour
Love Cooking? So Do We.

Mass Appeal Draught House & Grille is the newest hospitality concept from Hendler Family Brewing
Company, bringing together award-winning local beer, elevated New England comfort food, and an
energetic atmosphere in the heart of Patriot Place.
We're looking for cooks who take pride in what they do.
Whether you're an experienced line cook looking for a great team or an up-and-coming cook eager to
sharpen your skills, this is an opportunity to work in a scratch kitchen where you'll continue learning every
day.
You'll work alongside experienced kitchen leaders who care about developing people—not just filling shifts.
If you enjoy cooking, learning, working hard, and being part of a team that has each other's backs, we'd
love to meet you.
About the Role

Our kitchen is built around quality, consistency, teamwork, and hospitality.
Some days you'll cook for packed dining rooms during Patriots games, concerts, and major events. Other
days give us the opportunity to perfect our craft, improve our prep, and deliver memorable meals for our
growing community of local regulars.
No matter how busy the restaurant is, our goal stays the same: Serve food we're proud of.
You'll work every station, continue developing your skills, and play an important role in creating the
experience that keeps guests coming back.
What You'll Do

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards.
  • Execute dishes with speed, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Set up, stock, maintain, and break down your station.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Practice proper product rotation (FIFO), labeling, and organization.
  • Work closely with teammates to deliver smooth, efficient service.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and positive kitchen environment.
  • Support prep, receiving, and daily kitchen operations as needed.
We're Looking for Someone Who...

  • Loves cooking and takes pride in every plate.
  • Shows up ready to work and support their teammates.
  • Stays calm and focused during busy services.
  • Pays attention to detail and values consistency.
  • Takes feedback well and wants to keep learning.
  • Treats teammates with respect.
  • Believes great kitchens are built through teamwork.
Why You'll Like Working Here

  • Work under experienced kitchen leadership that enjoys teaching and developing cooks.
  • Learn scratch cooking techniques, prep systems, and kitchen organization.
  • Cross-train on multiple stations and continue building your skills.
  • Be part of a supportive team that works hard and enjoys working together.
  • Opportunities to grow into Lead Line Cook, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or other roles throughout
  • Hendler Family Brewing Company.
  • Join a growing hospitality company with multiple concepts across Massachusetts.
Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of restaurant or line cook experience preferred.
  • Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
What We Value Most

Skills can be taught.
Attitude, work ethic, and being a great teammate are much harder to find.
If you're someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys learning, and wants to be part of a kitchen where
people support each other and continue growing, we encourage you to apply—even if you don't meet every
qualification listed above.
Benefits
  • Competitive Hourly Pay
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (Full-Time)
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Paid Time Off
  • Paid Company Holidays
  • Professional Development & Culinary Training
  • Employee Discounts
  • Shift Meals
  • Weekly Beer Allotment (21+)
  • Opportunities for Advancement Across Hendler Family Brewing Company
Hospitality is a team sport.
At Hendler Family Brewing Company, we believe the best restaurants are built by people who care about
each other as much as they care about the food. If you're looking for a place where you'll be respected,
challenged, supported, and given opportunities to grow, we'd love to meet you.
