Our client specializes in manufacturing radiator and cooling systems for industrial applications. As a Manufacturing Assembler – 1st Shift, you will help assemble high-quality products while supporting safe and efficient production operations in a clean and organized manufacturing environment.

Job Type:
Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time

Manufacturing Assembler Job Duties:
  • Review work orders and assemble radiator, frame, and fan components for final assembly and shipping
  • Fit structural components to radiator assemblies using measurements, blueprints, and work instructions
  • Assemble core and tank components to frame and fan assemblies and prepare finished products for shipping
  • Inspect assembled products to ensure manufacturing and quality standards are met
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production work environment

Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday; 1:30 pm - 12:00 am
  • Must be able to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience

Manufacturing Assembler Requirements:
  • 6+ months of assembly, machine operation, or related manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
