Qualifications & Responsibilities
Director of Human Resources
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
UKG experience preferred
Previous Human Resources Director experience in a long-term care setting preferred, but not required
Review bi-weekly payroll and update personnel policies as needed
Coordinate interviews with the recruitment team and department heads
Onboard new hires and organize employee orientation
Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Staffing Coordinator
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Degree in Human Resources preferred, but not required
Two years of Long-Term Care staffing coordinator experience preferred
Create and maintain staff schedules
Maintain records of call-outs, tardiness, and early arrivals
Coordinate with Human Resources on employee recruitment and retention efforts
Assist with annual performance reviews as needed
Coordinate interviews with the recruitment team and department heads
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Schedule & Benefits

Monthly weekend Manager-on-Duty (MOD) rotation, as scheduled
